A source at the police command said that militants detonated an explosive device composed of C4 highly explosive material after it was placed outside a residential building in al-Bayader neighborhood in al-Tal city killing one citizen and causing heavy material damage to the building and the cars nearby, Syrian Arab News Agency reported.
